South of Evans: the unbuilt fourplex

We started with our own footage and photos of the real site and roughed-in rooms, then generated every finished view ourselves, including the plans, exterior, backyard and parking. We created 16 AI animations for the five-part interview series, including a sequence where the exterior walls open to reveal the homes inside.

Lakefront renovation: six rooms reimagined

We filmed the home as it was, then created AI redesigns for six rooms: the living room, sunroom, kitchen, loft, primary bedroom and sitting area. Every transformation begins with our original footage and preserves the camera position, walls and windows as the room changes around them.

Dining room into open plan

The agent walks through the home as it exists, and the dining room transforms into a modern open-plan layout during the tour.

Staging in motion

We photographed the empty condo and staged every room ourselves in 3D, matching the original photos exactly. AI then animated our staged images, bringing furniture into frame and moving the camera through rooms that were never physically furnished.

Staged and lived in

We shot the home empty and staged it in 3D ourselves before using AI to animate the spaces. Then we added the moments that make a house feel occupied: friends in the living room, a family settling in and children dancing.

The lived-in townhome

The townhome was filmed fully staged, but without people. We used AI to add friends gathered in the living space and a rooftop table that moves from afternoon into evening.

Winter into summer

We filmed the heritage home in deep snow, then used AI to transform the exact same frame into summer. In one continuous shot, the garden and street change from winter conditions to the warmer months.

Grey sky to blue

The house was filmed under a flat grey sky, so we generated the same frame under clear blue conditions. We then created a cloud timelapse over the house for the film's opening.

The finished backyard

The backyard was covered in leaves and dirt on shoot day. We kept the same frame and used AI to create the finished outdoor space, complete with fresh lawn, patio furniture, an umbrella and barbecue.

A home told through a music video

We shot a story about a couple finding their home and building a life there, then generated scenes we couldn't film: a mariachi band on the front lawn, their child and the same couple years later. The generated moments were cut into the live-action footage as part of the finished music video.

MoovDrop: built without a shoot

MoovDrop needed a driver-recruitment ad without existing footage, a shoot budget or finished app assets. We developed one continuous 25-second ad from concept through sound, combining AI-generated stills and motion with real app UI, then edited and finished it in-house.

Berani: Father's Day campaign featuring Chopard

For Berani's Father's Day campaign featuring Chopard, the watches were our only starting assets, with no shoot. We generated the fathers, placed the real watches on their wrists and animated the stills into three campaign films and a cover.
