All prices plus HST. Extra hours are $350 for photography, $450 for film, $700 for both. A second orientation of the film, or the full speech as its own clean edit, is $350 each.

Before you send the date.

Do we have to pick a package now? +

No. Send the date and venue first. We confirm the night is open, then you pick.

What if the party runs long? +

Extra hours are $350 for photography, $450 for film, $700 for both. We'll tell you before we go past four.

Horizontal or vertical? +

Your call, before the night. Horizontal for the website, the newsletter and the intranet. Vertical for Instagram and LinkedIn. If you want both, the second cut is $350.

Do you record the speeches? +

Yes. On the film package we mic the speaker and take a feed from the room, so the toast and the year-end message are usable. If you want the full speech as its own video, that's a $350 add-on.

When do we get everything? +

Ten edited photos by 10am the next business day. Full gallery within five business days. Film within seven. Events on or before December 15 are delivered before December 24. Later events are delivered by January 8.

How do we book? +

Send the date and venue. We confirm within a business day. A 50% deposit holds the night, balance on delivery.
